Digital products and delivery

AuditClarity products are digital downloads. No physical item is posted. Secure checkout, payment confirmation and file delivery are provided through Payhip, and any applicable taxes are shown during checkout.

Product information and compatibility

The relevant product page explains the files supplied, supported software and important limitations. Buyers are responsible for checking that their software and intended use are compatible before purchasing.

Licence and permitted use

Unless a product states otherwise, the original purchaser may use it within their own organisation for internal business purposes. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing or offering the editable files as another product is not permitted. Any licence supplied with the download forms part of the product terms.

Cancellations, refunds and faulty content

Digital content may be supplied immediately after payment. During checkout, buyers may be asked to consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that the statutory cancellation right is lost once the download begins. This does not affect rights where digital content is faulty, unavailable or not as described.

Professional disclaimer

AuditClarity products provide general educational and operational guidance. They do not provide accounting, audit, tax, legal or regulatory advice, determine a professional conclusion or replace advice based on the facts of a particular engagement.

Privacy and third-party services

Purchases are completed through Payhip, which processes customer and payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. AuditClarity uses buyer information only as reasonably required to deliver products, provide support, maintain transaction records and meet legal obligations.

This website offers optional Google Analytics measurement to help understand visits and page use. Analytics does not load unless a visitor accepts it, is not used by AuditClarity for advertising, and can be disabled at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Google receives usage information when analytics is enabled and processes it under its own privacy terms.

Visitors may choose to join the AuditClarity email list. The email address, consent record, sign-up source and sign-up time are stored securely for the purpose of sending occasional AuditClarity insights. This information is not sold. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting AuditClarity, after which the address will be removed unless it must be retained for a legal reason.
